RECIPES - RAW VEGAN

At the end of each day ask yourself:
How much raw green leafy's did I eat today?
How much other plant based foods did I eat raw today?
When your "list" is long you did well.
Have hardly anything raw and no greens - you need to do better.

The simplest and best way to start every day or use as a meal replacement is the
Green smoothie - make them a big part of your diet to get the extra greens your body craves without having to eat salads for breakfast.

GIVE THANKS RED SMOOTHIE
Bright red berries are among the richest sources of health-promoting antioxidants. This smoothie gives you another way to drink your grapes and berries, along with other nourishing fruits. Bright red works with holidays.

MEXICAN Salad with Greens, cilantro, tomatoes, peppers, garlic humus, avocado, salsa, cumin, and a splash of Garlic Vinaigrette dressing and lime juice.

Salads can be made using fruits like mango, kiwi, berry's, lime, lemon, pears, nuts, seeds.

SPROUTS SALAD- grow your own sprouts (It's easy)
I like the Sprout garden trays to do this but you can use a mason jar.
Alfalfa , broccoli, 5 part salad mix are the popular sprout seed types to use.
Grow sprouts for 4 or 5 days. soak in tall pan to rid sprouts of seed husks.
